Our eLearning and Instructional Design office provides faculty with pedagogical guidance in the design and development of online courses.

The eLearning team is composed of experienced instructional designers, systems administrators, education technologists and graduate students reachable at learningdesign@umb.edu for questions during regular business hours and by appointment for course consults.

Use the Help button available in all Blackboard courses as the quickest way to access the 24/7 technical support service available for both faculty and students. The service is available through phone, text chat, or email tickets.

Please remind your students of the 24/7 support available to them so they can address any technical trouble in a timely manner. Please do not refer your students to the faculty support email!
